Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
Customized Items: Customized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged during shipping or contain an error made by us. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or issue a credit.
Hygiene Policy for Earrings: To ensure hygiene and your safety, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for earrings.
Need love(flawed) or Discounted Items: Items marked as final sale, need love(flawed), or discounted may not be eligible for return. We may accept returns for these items at our discretion, but this does not set a precedent for other flawed or discounted items.
