Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our handmade creations, materials, shipping, returns, and more.
At Jessie Petite Boutique, every piece is made with love, care, and attention to detail — and we want your shopping experience to be just as special.

1. Are your creations handmade?
Yes! Every piece from Jessie Petite Boutique is 100% handmade with care and attention to detail. Each creation is unique — slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of its charm and make your item truly one-of-a-kind.
What does that means?
The item you see in our online boutique or in our Etsy shop, are only available there. Some earrings/necklaces (like polymer clay or metal one) can have more than one in stock, but most of the time, i will only have one of this exact style and colour. The same goes for items you'll find in our point of sale, most of them are one of a kind and you won't find them any where else.
You can always find our latest items with me in public events.
2. What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including resin, eco-resin, polymer clay, stainless steel, brass, bronze, gold-plated metal, wood, and more.
I also use a lot of dried flowers, some that I dried my self, some that i buy, i use too many too just dry them my self.
Please note that“stainless steel” does not automatically mean nickel-free, and nickel-free does not necessarily mean stainless steel. Each product description specifies the exact materials used.
3. Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Many of our earrings are made with nickel-free, stainless steel or/and gold plated findings, but it depends on the model.
We also have plastic hooks for those with extra sensitive skin.
You’ll always find this information clearly listed in the product description. And the colours dots on the front are there especially for that reason.
4. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do accept custom requests when possible! We custom our wall decorations, our jewelry, but we also do personalized project.
If you’d like a personalized color, shape, or special design, feel free to contact us via our contact form or through social media. We’ll be happy to discuss your idea.
5. Where can I find your creations in person?
You can find Jessie Petite Boutique pieces in various local shops, hair salons, and museums across Quebec. Visit our“Where to Find Us”section on the website for the full list of locations.
We also do public events throw the year, look up "Events" to see if you can come meet us in person!
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in select areas. You can choose this option at checkout or contact us directly to arrange it.
We can also drop off in one of our sale points, depending on the orders and time line, once again, just contact us directly to arrange it!
7. What are the shipping options?
We ship across Canada and occasionally internationally.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your handmade items. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
You get free shipping for all order over $50.
For the moment we do not ship to the States, expect if you understand that there will be extra charge on your end and you are willing to pay them, please contact me directly.
8. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes up to 3 business days, followed by standard delivery times depending on your region.
That is for items ready to ship, if you order a custom order then the timeline will be different.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
8b.Shipping for custom orders
Most of our items will be shipped inside 3 business days.
For our made to order items, please give us a creating period of 2 to 4 weeks, before we can send them to you.
For our custom made rings, the creating process is between 1-2 months. Why so long? Because we outsourced our stainless steel rings from an outside supplier. We usually try to order them the same day as your order, but unfortunately until I received the rings, I cannot control the time delay. Thank you for your understanding!
Be sure that we will keep you inform during the process!
9. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all our pieces are handmade, returns and exchanges are accepted only in specific cases (e.g. damaged item upon arrival).
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s any issue.
Items from our“Need Love”section or custom orders are final sale.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We can package your jewelry beautifully — perfect for gifts. Simply mention it in your order notes or choose the gift-wrap option at checkout.
11. How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid sharp object. Resin is water resistant, NOT waterproof.Avoid extreme temperature (such as saunas) and direct contact with smoke.Always remove jewelry before sleeping, working out and swimming.
Keep your jewelry dry and store it in a clean, dry place when not worn.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, or harsh chemicals to keep it shining longer.
Eco-resin and polymer clay pieces should be handled gently and stored flat when possible.
Furthermore, I highly recommend cleaning your earrings with rubbing alcohol before wearing them.
Quick tip: *Put your jewelry on last and take them off first.*
12. Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
13. Do you make eco-friendly products?
Absolutely! We use eco-resin containers, reusable packaging, and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Our candles, trays, and home décor pieces often combine sustainability with beauty.
All of our candles, are in eco-resin containers that you can re-use even when the candle is long gone!

Important Notice
The products designed/sold by JessiePetiteBoutique are not toys and may pose a choking hazard to children. They are not recommended for children under 12 years old. Please use them with caution.
Please burn candles responsibly.
Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended while lit.
Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
The container and wax can become very hot during use — allow it to cool completely before handling or moving.
For your safety, stop burning when about1 cm (½ inch) of wax remains.
